He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Guy and Thelma Guy (Bishop); and his children, Cheryl Harper and Cory Guy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Howard; his children, Christy Guy of Joplin, Missouri and Michael Larson of Granby; his granddaughters, Tara Clouse (Todd), Ashley Alford (Seth) and Autumn Larson; his godsons, Brian Sharp and Mike Sharp; and also, Jerry, Debbie Peterson and Stacy Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
