He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lackey; his sister Sondra Odekirk; his children, Cheryl Corey and Dana Scales; his grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Ashley Nunez, Cassandra Brown and Caleb Brown; his great grandchildren, Sadie Nunez, Kalli Nunez, Kaiden Nunez, Madison Brown and Isabella Brown; and also Stephen Brown.
The family welcomes flowers, or in lieu of flowers, requests that donations be made to the New Hope Baptist Church Children's Ministry in Bill's memory.
