He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ronald Starr. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Starr and Amber Starr (Blevins); his siblings, Colin and Allyson; his great-grandparents, Charles, Shelby Brant and Doris Blevins; his grandparents, Joy Starr, Kerry, Marcia Blevins, David and Judy Ramsey; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer, Christopher Ray, Emily and Michael Gaydos; and his cousins, Austin, Cody, Dylan Ray, Elijah Avery, Ethan and Emersyn Gaydos. He is also survived by friends and family.
