He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Worthington (Wolfe) of Grain Valley, MO; his wife Sophia Worthington; and his children, Jaden Andrew Worthington, Jenna Lynn Worthington, Jace Christopher Worthington of Grain Valley, MO and Gillian Worthington of Tulsa, OK..

In lieu of flowers, to defray the cost of funeral expenses, checks may be made payable to Sophia Worthington.
