He is survived by: his son Benjamin (Tabitha) of Overland Park; his granddaughter Lucy Ann; his siblings, Marla Lovinggood (Tom) of Lee's Summit, David Brownfield Jr. of Lee's Summit and Mary Curran of Grain Valley; his nephews, Charlie Hirst (Melinda) of Blue Springs, Adam Arnold (Amie) of Lee's Summit, Josh Hodge and Jake Hodge (Meg) of Kansas City; and his former wife Carol Brownfield.
