He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn; his son Michael; his brother William; and his stepson David. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sharp; his children, Bradley (Michele) of Milan, IL, Lori Long (Mark) of Des Moines, IA and Kurt of Olympia, WA; and his stepchildren, Kathie Kundanani of Las Vegas, NV, Dianne Stivers of Grain Valley, MO and Daniel Miller of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; and 24 step-great-grandchildren.
