He was predeceased by: his parents, William Turner and Mary Turner (Snyder); his wife Betty Turner; his son Tom Turner; and his siblings, Francis Turner, Martha Case, Birdie Ellison and Renee Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathie Potter of Lexington, MO; his grandchildren, Kenny Turner (Rose) of Gladewater, TX, Chad Potter of Lexington, MO and Chris Potter (Amber) of Lexington, MO; and his great grandchildren, Zach Potter, Ant Potter, Madison Potter and Wyatt Potter.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to donor's choice.
