She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Pyne Baxter and Ida Louise Baxter (Lockstead); her husband David Frank Horn; and her daughter Gerry Tisdale. She is survived by: her children, David Horn Jr. and Fran Olson (Mike); her son-in-law Glenn Tisdale; and her grandchildren, Abraham, Joseph, Jason, Kevin, Bryan, Michael, Matthew, Kasey and Brody. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
