He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Matilda; his brothers, Bernard J. Lackamp, Jr., Donald A. Lackamp, Rev. Franklin James Lackamp and Charles R. Lackamp; his sisters-in-law, Marie Francine, Jo Anne and Carol Meyer; his niece Amber Meyer-Lackamp; and his great-niece Amy Christin Lackamp.

He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Padovano (Anthony) of Morris Plains and Larry Lackamp of Bates City.
