She is survived by: her husband Antonio "Tony" Chavez; her children, Anthony Chavez (Sheila) of Rogers and Angela Kennedy (Tim) of Kansas City; and her siblings, Ronald Swift, William Swift, Jerry Swift, Shirley White, Joyce Anders and Carolyn Smith. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
