It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kirk Morehead of Grain Valley, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Morehead and Imogene Morehead (Harlow); and his father-in-law Ken Graves. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Zachary (Nickolas) and Nickolas; his daughters-in-law, Michelle and Zoe Jo; his granddaughters, Avery Jayne and Taylor Renee; his siblings, Michael (Sarah) and Debbie (John Marten); his nieces, Leah Sirois and Mallory Graves; his nephew Barrett Morehead; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayna, Elsie, Luca and Alden Morehead; his siblings-in-law, Kim, Tom Graves, Cheryl and Marty Graves; and his mother-in-law Betty Graves.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chics for Chicks, an organization founded during Kirk and Cindy's work in Eldoret, Kenya.

“To Kirk’s family. Kirk and I started with Elanco back in 1979. I was up in ND so we would see each other once a year at our famous yearly Elanco gatherings and were at some sales training’s together as well. Kirk was well liked by all with his calm deamenor and quick wit and comments that would make everyone laugh. We knew he was dedicated to his job His generosity towards others was/is obvious with his actions and help overseas. He will be missed by his Elanco family. Jerry Bloms”
