He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Ethel Melinda Kerr (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Connie Collins; his children, Kelly Watson of Odessa, Kenneth Kerr, Jr. of Orlando, Karna Kerr of Odessa and Patrick Kerr (Christina) of Grain Valley, Missouri.; and his brother Wendell of Springfield, Missouri.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren as well as his youngest.
