She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Louis L Billups; her children, Christopher L Billups (Romelyn Billups), Shawn M Billups and Stacha L Crocker (Jeremy Crocker); and her parents, Gilbert Roy and Jessie Roy. She was also cherished by her five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many close family and friends.

Her struggle with cancer and the pandemic made it very difficult to spend time with them.
