With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Phillips II (Grain Valley, Missouri), who passed away on December 21, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John R. Phillips and RoseMary Phillips (Ettinger); his wife Susie; his children, John Rebel III (Amanda), Joseph William, Paul Dornon, Chad Rovenstine (Jessica) and Sherrie Brady; and his siblings, Charles William (Cheri) and Debbie Swinney (John). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
