He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dow and Monica Dow. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his stepdaughter Dehann of Missouri; his children, Rachel and Paul Jr. (Kristen); his grandchildren, Analiece, Elenor and Theodore; his brother Raymond (Judith); and his cousins, Genavive Giuffrida and Paula Peabody.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (100 Royer Ln, Grain Valley, MO 64029). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (20109 Bus, MO-13, Higginsville, MO 64037).
