He is survived by: his wife Betty McKinstry (Barnett); his children, Tony Cogdill (Chae) of Odessa and Vicki Eblen (Tim); his stepchildren, Joe McKinstry (Debra) of Port Orange, FL and Lou Ann McKinstry of Kansas City, MO; and his sister Luella Burge of Odessa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
