She is survived by: her husband Ted Hayward of Grain Valley, MO; her children, Kim (Kevin Vittetoe), Dawn Cross of Independence, MO, Stephanie Hayward, Ted Hayward Jr. (Kara) and Cary Don Hayward (Shannon); her grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Kole, Joshua, Tyler and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, William, Amelia, Violette, Drew, Brooke, Bjorn, Channing, Sabella, Jaxton and Everley.
