He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Tompkins and PJ Tompkins; his siblings, Lenore Miles and Phil Terrance Tompkins; and his niece Mary Ann Muensterman.
He is survived by: his wife Shannon Tompkins; his children, Philip Tompkins, Ryan Tompkins and Erin Tompkins (Chuong Doan); his granddaughter Silvia Tompkins; and his siblings, Larry Tompkins, Gertrude Muensterman, Kathleen Straube, Eloise Hamner (Ray), Christine Settle and Nadine Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
