She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L McIntosh and Florence Deyo McIntosh; her siblings, Howard McIntosh and Betty Ridenhour (Frank); her sons, Timothy Greene and Daniel Greene; and her children-in-law, Marcia Greene, Brown Hamer and Donald Basinger.
She is survived by: her grandson Joshua Greene; her children, Michael Greene (Deborah), Sally Hamer and Cathy Basinger; her daughters-in-law, Linda Greene and Loretta Greene; and her husband Frank. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in her name for Faith United Methodist Church.
