She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eddie Blackshear and Edna Mae Blackshear (Eyestone); her husband James "Jim" Bain; her daughters, Melinda Branstetter (Neal) of Grain Valley, MO and Lucinda Thurn (Scott) of Kingsville, MO; her grandchildren, Caleb Branstetter, Amanda Thurn and James Garrett Bain Thurn; her sister-in-law Debbie Foster of Blue Springs, MO; her niece Carrie Compton (Bryan); her great-nieces, Samantha and Ella; her great-nephew Evan; her nephew Brett Foster (Lacey); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brea and Stevie.

The family would like to request to please wear masks during the service times at the funeral chapel.

Memorial contributions in Diana's name may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
