She was predeceased by: her father Robert I. Lewis; her granddaughter Emma Leighty; and her brother-in-law Stoney Gregory. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Armentrout; her children, Seth Ham (Jenny), Shellie Riling (Johnny), Sammie Bishop (Matthew) and Skylar Leighty (Michael); her grandchildren, Caleb, Cadyn, Colton, Tre, Tayven, Tatum, Lily, Brayden and Cooper; her great grandchildren, Beckett and Ramona; her siblings, Wade Lewis (Novette), Michelle Floyd (Bob) and Mary Chulufas (Scott); and her nieces and nephews, Felicity Overturf (Shane), Alisa Myers (Late), Ross Floyd and Whitney. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
The family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Pawsitive Tails rescue or Traditions Health Hospice.
