She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul F. Guffey and Violet Guffey (Perkins); and her brother Richard Guffey Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Mike Hart; her stepdaughter Jennifer Case (Aaron) of Lee's Summit, MO; and her brothers, Jim Guffey (Gail) of Lee's Summit, F. A and Clyde Guffey (Gail) of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
