He was predeceased by: his father Richard Willis; and his brother Stephen Willis. He is survived by: his mother Judy Willis (Tackett); his grandmother Frances C. Tackett of Blue Springs, MO; his aunt Joyce Willis; and also, J. C. and Randy Willis.
