She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Faye and Anna Belle Shadwick (Hall); and her husband Stanley. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Kulik of Lee's Summit, MO, Stan Kulik (Mari) of Lee's Summit, MO and Sandi Cahill of Lenexa, KS; and her sister Shirley Thursby. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; 11 great-grandchildren.
