He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Sr. Creonte and Louise Creonte. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Winslow; his children, Tony (Nina) of Dallas, Robert (Myrtle) of Fairview Heights, Mark Creonte of Dallas and Creonte-Richards (Travis) of Grain Valley, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Angela (Brenden), Kaela (Adam), Ariana (Tyler), Connor, Madison and Kaleb; and his great grandchildren, Sydney and Hailey.
The family requests donations be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
