She is survived by: her children, Gayla Hirst (Jim) of Independence, MO, Glenn Blaine (Sally Mullikin) of Blue Springs, MO and Barbara Guzowski of Kansas City, MO; her grandson Jeff Hirst (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Hadley, Lisa Marie Hirst, Aaron Blaine, Adam Blaine and Jacob Hackler (Bree); her sisters, Linda Switzer of Las Vega, NV and Kathleen Switzer of Kansas City, MO; her friend Pete Peterson; and also, Gabe, Keyton, Ethan, Finlay and Rachel Havrila.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Country Oak Village or Missouri Palliative.
