She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Armstrong and Pearl White; her brother Russell Armstong; her husband Raymond Kathman; her children, Danny Kathman and Sharon Kathman; and her grandson Christopher Swisher.
She is survived by: her children, Bernie Kathman, Kathi Kathman-Smith (Roger) and Jean Donaldson (Mark); and her sister Joanne. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed going to casinos, where she was usually quite lucky on the slots and always donated a percentage of every win.
