She is survived by: her father Ivan Courtney, Sr.; her daughter Rhonda; her cousins, Debbie Steiner and Diane McIntosh; her husband Jim Perks; her children, Josh Perks (Jenny), Shawn Perks and Courtney Perks (Marshal); her grandchildren, Lauren, Joshie, Kaycee, Kaylynn, Julie, Levi Dustin, Kamryn, Conner and Layla; and her siblings, Mark Courtney (Becky) and Deanna Courtney. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
