He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wade and Verna Elizabeth Wade (Shelton); and his siblings, Ray Wade, Roger Wade and Beverly Sue Lamley.

He is survived by: his wife Holly Wade; his children, Melody Haywood (Harold), Joy O'Donnell (Ryan), Randall Wade and Christina Wade (Brady McIntosh); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Aaron, Katie, Caleb, Sammy, Matthew, Joshua, Sarah, Daniel, Josiah, Rebecca and Stephen. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
