He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Anzalone and Lena Anzalone Highberger; his stepfather Ralph Highberger; his sister Anita Hoedl; his former wife Karen Anzalone; his nephews, Rick Hoedl and Anthony Hoedl; and his cousin Joseph Cuda.

He is survived by: his sons, Chris Anzalone (Maggie), Carl Anzalone, Victor Anzalone (Jennifer) and Frank Anzalone; his grandchildren, Racquel Anzalone, Jacqueline Anzalone and Quintin Anzalone; his stepdaughters, Shaune Kingsolver and Dawn Peterson (Troy Peterson); and his grandchildren, Jessie Rauer (Zach Rauer), Sarina Soligo, Austin Kingsolver, Nick Hartman and Mariah Peterson.
