She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Saunders and Lena F. Saunders (Cook); her husband Jimmy; and her sister Geraldine Schildknecht. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jami Dodge (AJ), Heather Tangen (Dan), Kjoe Snyder (Anita), Jill Mead (Andrew), Nicholas Snyder (Shannon) and Jessica Crouse (Taylor Wilson); her great grandchildren, Drew Dodge, Lottie Mead, Natalie Snyder, Laynie Mead, Gracie Snyder, Mila Dodge, Kaliyah Snyder and Lexi Snyder; her sister Donna Faye Carrel; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Umphress, Jennifer Dennis (Charlie) and Bob Schildknecht. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church of Gower or to the Gower Goodtimers Scholarship.
