He is survived by: his son Mark Thomas (Amber); his grandchildren, Maddux and Isabelle; his daughter Ann Merise Brock (Terry); and his siblings, Douglas Thomas, Louisa May Leintz and Dottie Pohlman. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
