He was predeceased by: his father James Douglas. He is survived by: his mother Sue Ellen Rose (Gibson); his siblings, Kelly Hampton and Sean Rose (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Guess Treece, Kassie Guess, Jacki DeWinkler (Rod), Jenni Bestgen (Zach) and Jake Rose (Molly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zach Treece, Clay McGary, Kimmy McGary, Peyton DeWinkler and Dorothy Jane Rose. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Donations may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy of Northwest Missouri or in Jamies honor, take a child fishing.
