He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Engelbrecht and Harold Engelbrecht; his son Larry Engelbrecht; his siblings, Lorena Chase (Athol), Maxine Engelbrecht and Jim Phillips; and also Ethel Engelbrecht.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his son Steve Engelbrecht; his grandchildren, Jausta Hermesch (Brendan), Jeshua Engelbrecht, Erin Paul (Stephen) and Jessi Dennis (Cody); his great grandchildren, Victor, Christopher, Dakota, Harley, Lane, Denver, Emery, Everlee and Jackson; and his brothers, Harold Engelbrecht, Jr. and Dennis Engelbrecht (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Burial: Frazier Cemetery Donations may be made to the Gower American Legion or the Frazier Cemetery.
