She was predeceased by: her parents, Arzie Bernice and Carrie Lee Shackelford; her husband Owen Lee Swartz; her son Philip; and her daughter-in-law Jody Swartz.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Swartz (Michelle) of Savannah, MO, Kenneth Swartz of Shell City, MO, Clarence Swartz (Patty) of Buckfield, ME and Emily Ruth Swartz of Milan, MO; and her daughter-in-law Sue Swartz. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
