She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Cooper; her son Larry Engelbrecht; and her brothers, Samuel Dickens, LeRoy Dickens, Roger Cooper and Eugene Cooper.

She is survived by: her husband Howard Engelbrecht; her son Steve Engelbrecht; her grandchildren, Jausta Hermesch (Brendan), Jeshua Engelbrecht, Erin Paul (Stephen) and Jessi Dennis (Cody); her great grandchildren, Victor, Christopher, Dakota, Harley, Lane, Denver, Emery, Everlee and Jackson; and her siblings, Lowell Cooper (Jackie), Chester Dickens, Carson Cooper (Barbara), Harold Cooper (Betty), Robert Cooper (Jean), Michael Cooper, Joyce Carrell (Phil), Faye Wood, Pauline Johnson, Dorothy Hoskins and Hattie Dickens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.

Burial: Frazier Cemetery Donations may be made to the Gower American Legion Auxiliary or the Frazier Cemetery.
