He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rotchford and Alma Lee Smith (Poage); and his siblings, Gene Smith, Mary Jo Bent, Helen McDaniel and Sarah Norris.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Lou Osburn; his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Laura Naas (Dan) and Danny Smith (Lori); and his grandchildren, Valerie Hatcher (Dustin), Amy Naas, Kristen Fernandez (Mike), Stephen Smith and Evan Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives, and many friends.
