He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hixson and Ruth Hixson (Hurt). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hixson; his daughter Sarah Hixson (Josh Wiederholt); and his brother Terry Hixson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
