He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lembke and Geneva Lembke (Cassle). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Jones; and his brothers, Dean Lembke (Roberta), David Lembke (Lori) and Douglas Lembke (Melanie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
