He was predeceased by: his father George L Bishop; and his brothers, Tony and Bruce Bishop. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Bishop of Stewartsville, MO; his daughters, Nicky Moore (Scott) of Miami, FL and Katie Bishop (Adam Kominko) of Kansas City, MO.; and his sister Peggy Brune of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in David Bishop's name to the Science Department at Cameron R-1 School District.
