He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Melby and Alta Lingo (Gordon); and his siblings, Ralph Lingo, Ethel Rayburn, Meryl Lingo and Charles Lingo.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sister Ruth Ann Keith; and his nieces and nephews, Frankie Frazier (Randy), Randy Sloan (Cindy) and Kimberly Nelson. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
