He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hobert and Lottie Minerva Mann (Swindler); and his siblings, Leasol Mann, Lorene Barton, Helen Stanaland and Marie George.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mann; his children, Randy Mann (Leta), Roger Mann (Ronda), Paul Mann (Sheila) and Robin Stapleton (Rick); his grandchildren, Jesse Mann, Lauren Heston (Colin), Joshua Mann (Melanie), Clancy Mann, Rachel Pflugradt (Derek), Ian Mann, Jordan Mann, Clarissa Mann and Randol Ramseier (Kaleb); his great grandchildren, Zachary, Ella, Alexander, Pierce, Owen and Uriah; and his sister Lamoygne McDowell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.
