She is survived by: her husband Bill Creek of Rural Gorin, Missouri; her sons, Michael (Jennifer Creek) and Chad (Kimberly Creek); her brothers, Paul (Diane "Sue" Holzschuh) and Carl (Karon Holzschuh); her sister-in-law Sandy Holzschuh of Bland, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Danielle (Mitchell Creek-Tuttle), Samantha and Eric.
