With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland Sander of Gordonville, Missouri, who passed away on January 30, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rudolph and Hermina Wessel Sander; his sister Leola Ruch; his brother-in-law Rodney O'Connor; and his nephew Mark O'Connor.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sander of Gordonville; his sons, Jonathan Sander (Connie) of St. Louis, Joel Sander (Kelly) of Gordonville and David Sander (Erica) of Burfordville; his grandchildren, Aiden, Grant, Emily and Kyle; his sister Shirley O'Connor of College Station; his siblings-in-law, Richard Ruch of Kent and Joyce Kuntze of Burfordville; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Dressler and Shawn Durbin; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee and Kyler.

The family suggests that contributions be made to Christ Lutheran Church in Gordonville, or to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson.
