She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin C. Livingston and Donna M. Phelps Livingston. She is survived by: her husband David Joe Wessel of Gordonville; her sons, Austin Wessel (Alyssa) of Murfreesboro and Joseph Wessel (McKala) of Gordonville; her grandchildren, Skyler, Chloe and Josiah; her siblings, Pamela Hamilton of Cape Girardeau and Kenneth Livingston of Cape Girardeau; her nieces, Kara Sissom, Stephanie Ganim and Angela Dodds; and her nephew Chris Livingston. She is also survived by grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may take the form of contributions to Safe House for Women or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
