She is survived by: her son James L. "Lynn" O'Neal (Wendy) of Cape Girardeau; her grandsons, Jonathan O'Neal (Courtney) of Little Rock and Brock O'Neal of Cape Girardeau; and her sisters, Juanita Myers (late Louis) of Randles, Missouri, Jane O'Connell (David) of Cape Girardeau, Annie Ashcraft (Bill) of Kansas City, Missouri, Shirley Bohnert (late Randy) of Oak Ridge and Clara Phillips (late Gene) of Cape Girardeau.
