She is survived by: her husband Jerry Bates; her children, Sherry Enyart (Elmer) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, Terry Bates of Grove and Shirley Kellogg of Grove, Oklahoma; her brother Larry Harrah (Sandy) of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jessica Thomas (Colin), Savannah Enyart, Mylik George, Shawnay Enyart, Seth Shettlesworth, Karissa Wilson, Matthew Kellogg, Adrianna Elizabeth, Morgan Pierce and Hailey; and her great grandchildren, Bronx Thomas, Graham Thomas and Zariyah George.
