He is survived by: his children, Ryanna Votipka (Matthew), Zackariaha Owens, Amber Marston and Jordan Owens; his grandchildren, Hayden Owens, Hailie Robertson, Allen Pooler, Cheyann Parker, Jordyn Dillard, Hadlee Dixon, Cayson Brushwood, Mason Marston, Mya Gerard and Darius Owens; his siblings, Brenda Rutherford (Jim), Becky Rue (Jim) and Bobby Owens; and his sister-in-law Nickie Owens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
