She was predeceased by: her former husband Cecil Lee Proctor; her husband Daniel Proctor; her siblings, Dorothy Sue Adair and Junior Herman Cooper; and her sons-in-law, Rick Corsbie and Donald Coffey.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Locke of San Jose, California, Phyllis Bruder of Denver and Mickie Lico of San Jose, California; and also Carrie. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
