He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Ragland and Virginia Ragland (Foster); his son Joshua Andrew Ragland; his siblings, Virgil and Francis; his siblings-in-law, Betty Ragland, Gerard Attales and Jim Grotts; and his grandchildren, Crystal Daugherty and Laci Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Homuth; his children, Kim Barker (Adam) and Amber Peralez (Junior); his siblings, Allen Ragland, James (Shirley Ragland), David (Sherrie Ragland), Greg (Sherri Ragland), Margaret (Laverne Sumpter), Janet (Mickey Woods), Kathy Attales and Carol Grotts; and his grandchildren, Kassidy, Austin, Abbie, Isabella and Melonie.
